Lead global license strategy and applications across multiple jurisdictions (U.S., Canada, U.K./EU, MENA, APAC, LATAM), including new entity formation, application preparation, and full lifecycle project management to approval. Coordinate regulatory submissions for securities, crypto, and futures/derivatives licenses. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, InfoSec, and Product teams.

Evaluate business decisions and provide advice to senior business leaders on potential legal risk issues. Respond to disputes and third party investigations, with the exception of employment disputes. Handle complex business and legal issues in a fast-paced, agile and evolving technology-driven business environment.

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to play a key role in shaping and embedding our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This second-line role will support the Compliance & Risk Lead in designing, implementing, and scaling proportionate risk processes that both protect the business and enable growth. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone experienced in designing risk frameworks from the ground up and guiding businesses through the journey of adoption, engagement, and maturity.

As a member of this team, your primary focus will be supporting our work in the UK, while also contributing to our emerging international policy initiatives. You'll work closely with teams across the company, supporting in the delivery of strategies on a diverse range of issues, including our four key policy categories: corporate and prudential, product, financial inclusion and vulnerability, and AI and tech.

The Fraud Investigator role provides vital intervention and response to Monzo customers who are experiencing potential active fraud attempts on their funds across authorised card payment fraud and authorised faster payment fraud. As part of the role, outbound calls are required. Fraud Investigators are crucial to the success. Gathering evidence from flagged transaction data in order to safeguard accounts and protect customers.
